WOLFORD does not offer refunds if you change your mind.

For Domestic Returns we require to be notified by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

For Overseas Returns we require to be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

If goods are the wrong fit/size when purchased on-line, all returns must be dispatched to us within 7 days after notifying WOLFORD and a tracking number supplied.

Shipping costs for both Domestic and Overseas Returns must be borne by the client.

• Goods must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed.

• All tags must be attached

• Returns must include all original packaging and boxes

• Please ensure the goods do not have deodorant marks or body moisturises

• Please be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments

Once goods are returned and checked refund or exchange or credit will be applied. There will be no refund made for cost of freight.

No exchange or refund will be made for legwear, lingerie, beachwear and all sale items.

Due to the delicate nature of our product please take care when returning items. Please package all returns carefully, with bubble wrap or similar to ensure safe transport. We are not responsible for any damages due to incorrect packaging while in transit.

Please choose carefully as there is NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE for change of mind on legwear, lingerie and beachwear due to quality and hygiene reasons. No returns or exchange on reduced/sale items.

Rest assured, we receive email notification for every order placed on our website. Every order received is processed and dispatched within 24 hours, which includes a confirmation email sent to the purchaser. That email lets you know your purchase is on its way. Due to the delicate nature of many of our products, exchange or return is not always possible. Once delicate or intimate items have been unpacked and handled, we may be precluded by health regulations from accepting them back as returns. This is particularly the case with clothing such as hosiery and lingerie.

Our returns policy above gives detailed guidelines on exchanges and returns, such as notifying us within 24 hours of receipt of the item. In fact, always contact us first if you’re not satisfied with an item you’ve received. We’ll do our best to help out. Please understand, sale items are not returnable and it’s not our policy to make exchanges due to change of mind.

Should we approve the return of an item bought online, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. Make sure you return the item in new, unworn condition, and that the original packaging is intact. Always contact us first before you return an item, and always provide us with return shipping details such as a tracking number.
